Training with CEO Intern is for the benefit of trainees or students. CEO Intern includes actual operations that is similar to vocational training and there is no immediate advantage for us from the activities of trainees or students.

We train entrepreneurs with diverse motivations, from financial gain to personal fulfillment, including those on H-1B visas.

Complying with Fair Labor Standards Act
CEO Intern trains students, interns, and entrepreneurs to incorporate their corporations compliant with the Fair Labor Standards Act. The following is a list of the criteria for to define that individual are in fact a trainee and NOT an employeer:
- The training, even though it includes actual operation of the facilities of the employer, is similar to that which would be given in a vocational school;
- The training is for the benefit of the trainees or students;
- The trainees or students do not displace regular employees, but work under close supervision;
- The employer that provides the training receives no immediate advantage from the activities of the trainees or students and, on occasion, his operations may even be impeded;
- The trainees or students are not necessarily entitled to a job at the conclusion of the training period;
- The employer and the trainees or students understand that the trainees or students are not entitled to wages for the time spent in training.

Supervised Volunteering
Individuals who performs hours of service for a public agency for civic, charitable, or humanitarian reasons, without promise, expectation or receipt of compensation for services rendered, are considered to be a volunteer during such hours.
Optional Practical Training (OPT)
temporary employment that is directly related to an F-1 student’s major area of study. Eligible students can apply to receive up to 12 months of OPT employment authorization before completing their academic studies (pre-completion) and/or after completing their academic studies (post-completion).
Foreigners
Nonimmigrants are also welcome to train with us.

F-1 Students
F-1 students must be enrolled in a full-time program of study at an accredited institution, or in a language training program at an accredited institution. After completing their studies, F-1 students may be eligible for Optional Practical Training (OPT) to gain work experience in the United States. CEO Intern understands that students have a limited time to find an employer. So why not start your own organization to maintain your status in the US?
